I didn't really stop and think about all the subjects that action research can encompass. You always think about how can we do better, but for research you need to know what you want to do better. In order to do research you need to know exaclty what you are looking at and who it affects so that you know who to ask the right questions.
I just never really though about action research in the way I did this week. It made me stop and think about what I would actually want to research when I become and administrator and why I felt that the topic I chose would be important to my school.
It is amazing the amount of things that action research can encompass. And it is so true, that you need to know which questions to ask. I feel that the more research I do, the more my questions change though.
